Private Junk Boat: Hang Co Cave, Kayaking & Vung Vieng Fishing Village

Step aboard your private junk boat in Halong Bay and escape into one of the world’s most breathtaking natural wonders, beginning with a personalized welcome at the cruise port, where your day unfolds with panoramic views of towering limestone karsts, emerald waters, and hidden coves untouched by mass tourism, then climb approximately 120 steps into the mystical Hang Co Cave, where ancient stalactites and stalagmites shimmer in the shadows of a thousand-year-old chamber, launch into a kayaking adventure through tranquil lagoons and narrow channels, gliding past dramatic cliffs and discovering secluded corners of the bay that only small boats can reach, and afterward, unwind with a freshly prepared Vietnamese lunch served onboard, featuring regional specialties and accompanied by two complimentary drinks per person, as you sail toward the Vung Vieng Fishing Village, where you’ll meet local pearl farmers, witness traditional floating homes, and learn about sustainable fishing practices passed down through generations, all brought to life by your expert local guide, whose stories and insights reveal the legends, geology, and soul of Halong Bay—before ending your day with a scenic boat ride back to the cruise port, surrounded by the golden glow of the bay’s limestone peaks and the quiet satisfaction of having experienced Vietnam’s most iconic seascape in complete privacy and comfort.
