Lake Bled – Pletna Boat & Lakeside Lunch

Glide across Lake Bled aboard a traditional pletna, a hand-crafted, gondola-style wooden boat unique to the region, as you make your way to the sacred island at the heart of the lake. Upon arrival, admire the Baroque Church of the Assumption, reached by ascending its iconic 99 stone steps, and discover the legend of the island’s historic wishing bell.

Following the island visit, enjoy a relaxed lunch at a charming local restaurant located almost directly on the lakeshore, before time at leisure to stroll along the promenade and soak in the views.
