Ream National Park: A Journey Through Wild Beauty
Ream National Park offers a breathtaking escape into untouched nature, featuring mangrove forests, two islands, secluded beaches, and vibrant coral reefs—highlights of this captivating tour.
Your journey begins with a scenic drive to the National Park, established in 1991, and home to an impressive variety of wildlife, including 155 bird species like herons and cranes, as well as playful macaque monkeys. Along the way, you’ll stop at notable landmarks, including the Statue of Love and the Shiva Statue, perfect for photo opportunities.
Upon arrival at the park, a brief stroll takes you to a boat pier, where you’ll embark on a relaxing 20-minute cruise through a mangrove-lined canal. Your guide will highlight the storks foraging along the mudflats as you glide through the serene waters. Next, enjoy a walk along the coastline to Prince Island, followed by a short drive to see the impressive Giant Tree. Your adventure continues at Ream Boutique Resort Beach, where a picnic lunch awaits. Unwind on the soft, white sands, take a refreshing swim in the clear, blue waters, or simply relax and soak in the scenery.
You’ll also visit Meditation Mountain, a sacred site where locals gather medicinal plants believed to hold special powers thanks to the mountain’s ancient spirits.
The tour concludes with a drive back to Sihanoukville, passing through picturesque countryside landscapes.
