- Private Tours: Customized experiences for individuals or small groups, tailored to specific interests and preferences.
- Shore Excursions: Guided tours at port destinations, typically conducted during cruise stops and adjusted to group size.
2. General Terms
By using PrivateTourBooking.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Private Tour Booking Ltd.
Flights Exclusion: Private Tour Booking Ltd does not provide or include flights in any of its tours. Guests are solely responsible for arranging their own flights to and from the tour destinations.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, international bank transfers, and others listed on our website.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued.
Payment Security: All payments are processed securely through Stripe and other PCI-DSS compliant providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Overland Tours
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled start date are non-refundable.
Pre & Post Cruise Tours
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date are non-refundable.
Private Tours & Shore Excursions
- You may cancel your tour up to 5 days before the scheduled start date and receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the tour are non-refundable.
General Conditions Requests to modify or reschedule a booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes), PrivateTourBooking.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours. Refunds in such cases will be assessed individually.
5. Responsibilities and Liability
PrivateTourBooking.com acts as a booking intermediary between guests and local service providers (e.g., hotels, transport companies, guides). While we carefully select our partners, the delivery of services remains the responsibility of the local provider.
We are not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations due to external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, traffic)
- Lost or stolen personal belongings
- Visa issues, denied boarding, or missed flights
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your booking or participation in any tour
Insurance Requirement: Guests must obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, and personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to tour commencement.
Public Liability Insurance: Guests are protected under our Public Liability Insurance, which covers injuries, damages, or losses occurring during the tour, except where caused by external factors beyond our control.

Guests must follow all instructions provided by guides and operators. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund. Some tours may have specific requirements (e.g., dress code, fitness level, age restrictions), which will be listed in the tour description.

Guests are expected to respect local customs, laws, and cultural norms. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
