- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled start date → Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled start date → Non-refundable.

2. Pre & Post Cruise Tours
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled start date → Full refund.

3. Private Tours & Shore Excursions
- Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the scheduled start date → Full refund.

4. General Conditions for All Tours
- Requests for modifications or rescheduling are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes), refund decisions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Guests are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, and personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to tour commencement.
- Guests are protected under our Public Liability Insurance, which covers injuries, damages, or losses occurring during the tour, except where caused by external factors beyond our control.
