Palermo Hidden Treasure
Discover the highlights of Palermo along with some of its best‑kept secrets and artistic treasures. This tour begins with a panoramic drive through the city, offering views of its most beautiful and historic monuments. The experience continues with a visit to the fascinating Capuchin Catacombs, one of Palermo’s most unusual sites, where over 8,000 mummified citizens are displayed, some dating back more than 500 years.
You will then explore the Oratory of Santa Cita, renowned for the extraordinary stucco decorations by Giacomo Serpotta. A short walk away, visit the Oratory of the Rosario di San Domenico, a small chapel considered a true artistic gem, featuring Serpotta’s stuccoes and paintings by renowned artists such as Pietro Novelli, Giacomo Lo Verde, Matthias Stomer, and Luca Giordano.
